Shared Administrative Coordinator (part-time)

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

Reception:
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls to the desired phone number.
• Handle incoming/ out coming mail according to Physical mail procedure
• Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate resource.
• Perform other administrative duties
Facilities Coordinator:
• Supporting all facility related issues logged via AWS helpdesk
Security & Quality:
• Managing online Health & Safety Training database & the archive of physical copy certificates
• Other administrative support duties as needed
Shared services coordinator:
• Independently supports a full range of Workplace services such as events, stamps, business cards, business travel, etc.

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Good customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good English language.
• Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Flexibility – availability of working hours (20hours/week)

Salary
5 EUR/hourAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 5 € per hour depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
