WHAT WILL
YOU DO
Respond to client’s IT questions and requests in the professional manner by using gained knowledge as well as detailed documentation.
• Receive, classify and provide initial support to issues or requests on the base of defined procedures;
• Research of required information using available resources and user guides;
• Identify and escalate priority issues;
• Document troubleshooting efforts and customer information;
• Route cases that are not in scope or not resolvable to next levels of support;
• Handle operational queries with a sense of urgency while meeting required quality metrics;
• Develop and maintain knowledge of customer specific business environment.

WHAT WE
EXPECT
• Fluent written and spoken German and at least upper intermediate English
• Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Desire to learn and develop
• Customer/Call Contact Center or IT experience would be an advantage
• Ability to work and communicate with international team
• Team player with good communication and problem solving skills
• Self-Motivation, positive attitude and approach

Salary
1 300 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1 300 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
