• Hiring for IT positions from juniors to seniors through different IT platforms (Java, SAP, Frontend, Data Analytics, Testing, Automation, Cloud,…)
• Be responsible for end to end hiring process (Searching, Screening, Interviewing, Offer management, Hiring new talent)
• Active sourcing for candidates
• Lead candidates and hiring managers through processes
• Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations
• Eventually participate on internal projects

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (at least 2 years in IT recruitment)
• Experience with approaching inactive candidates
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good problem solver and good organizational skills
• Fluent level of English language

Salary
1 600 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1600€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
