Junior Professional in Czech or Slovak Law

Our Global Legal Network CORE (Compliance, Operations, Regulatory and Ethics) Team in Prague is a small family of legal professionals with diverse cultures and languages. We have the exclusive aim to provide quality legal support to our internal Accenture teams. We never get bored, as every day brings new situations, tasks and challenges. In your role as a member of the Czech and Slovak Legal Teams, you will provide legal support to the Corporate Functions (including departments such as Procurement, Finance, HR, Marketing, Workplace Solutions) and business stakeholders related to:

• reviewing and drafting legal terms of various supplier agreements and other legal documents in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable law;
• conducting legal research and advising on personal data protection, employment law relations, corporate and entity matters and regulatory affairs;
• drafting reports and filings to the local judicial or administrative bodies; and
• assisting with training and educational activities to enhance legal awareness within the company at the local and global level.

You will meet and interact with many interesting colleagues across the organization and will help them to understand our corporate policies and standards in order to jointly mitigate and manage the risk exposure for the company. You will learn how to listen and collaborate, influence and deal with demanding stakeholders. Last, but not least, you will have the opportunity to bring in your own creative and innovative ideas.

• Master of Law degree obtained from university in the Czech Republic or Slovakia
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience from law firm or legal function in a private corporation or public organization
• Ability to draft legal documents in Czech or Slovak, readiness to embrace both
• High level of proficiency in English (ability to use it at the legal level)
• Expertise in risk analysis and management, legal document drafting and reviewing skills
• Understanding of both commercial and legal contractual risks and ability to provide business-oriented legal advice
• Teamwork abilities, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and strong email communication skills

Salary
55 000 Kč/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 55000CZK depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
