Experienced Oracle Functional Consultant (ERP, HCM, EPM) for building new Platform in Slovakia (permanent home office possible)

The Oracle Functional Consultant will participate in design, configuration and deployment of the business system solutions based on Oracle Cloud technologies. The role is responsible for the ERP, HCM, EPM functional area throughout the implementation project.

Our Oracle consultants have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complicated things in a simple way. We measure our success by building a relationship with a client, both business and IT. The most experienced talents will be responsible to lead and manage the projects, financials, the relationship with the client and cooperate with our delivery centers across the globe.

We are building new skills - Oracle EPM, HCM, EPM and our new Platform team in Slovakia and therefore we are looking for Oracle Consultants:

Leads the analysis and design in the ERP, HCM, EPM area in close cooperation with the client’s business teams.
Understands the business requirements, captures functional and technical requirements, translates them into the Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM module requirements and integrates requirements with other functional and technical teams. Designs processes and prepares the solution Blueprint for project implementation
Configures the system, tests the solution with the users
Provides user training Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution, provides post go-live support

Salary
2 600 - 3 400 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2 600 € to 3 400 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
