Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is accountable for organizing courses and development activities in order to meet client needs based on the global learning priorities and local business needs.

The Employee will work as a Grafton's Contractor for Accenture (limited working contract for 1 year)

Operational:
• Understand development and training priorities of the assigned business entity
• Plan and organize virtual/classroom courses based on defined Learning priority
• Provide technical/ functional support for virtual trainings (if needed)
• Coordinate Global virtual programs
• Update and utilize training databases and tools
• Create standard training reports for dedicated business units
• Process new vendors within internal database
• Process purchase orders and invoicing for external trainings
• Participate on ad hoc improvement projects within L&D department

Cooperation and Communication:
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholder group and serve as point of contact for stakeholder group (e.g. Business Group, Deals, Projects)
• Act as single point of contact for designated employees for all training and development related questions and concerns
• Cooperate with internal or external trainers and company corporate functions

Strategic:
• Good understanding of the company’s business and organizational structure
• Understanding of global training and development processes

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English
•Ability to utilize support applications including MS Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint
•Experience with supporting virtual trainings
•Very good organizational skills with attention to detail
•Project management skills
•Very good interpersonal and communication skills
•Positive attitude and professional appearance
•Experience with supporting virtual training
•University degree preferred

Salary
1 300 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1 300€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
