Collaborate with external / internal clients to execute procurement operations such as, Supplier Enablement, Catalog Enablement, End User and Supplier Support and Training. Develop and manage procurement operations pipeline, continuous improvement initiatives and ensure procurement solutions are addressing related client metrics and contracted SLAs for designated service.

These professionals improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.


• Deliver Procurement Operations services including the following per the client scope of services:
• Supplier Enablement
• Catalog Enablement
• Contract Administration
• End User and Supplier Support and Training
• Deep knowledge of all enablement types including catalogs, contracts and Ariba Network enablement
• Individually handle a client project and ensure delivery within the SLAs and ensure there are no escalations
• Effective communicator accustomed to working seamlessly across reporting levels, teams and cultures
• Support and manage testing for new implementations or enhanced functionality
• Ensure that services are provided within assigned timelines take action necessary to address any issues

Project Management:

• Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner
• Drive and manage activities within the Enablement Operations governance approach, consolidated dashboards, etc. for SAP Ariba Team by closely liaising with the key stakeholders within the management teams
• Drive and manage supplier performance activities with suppliers with input from business unit stakeholders to ensure high quality service from suppliers
• Facilitate, identify and track the progress of supplier corrective actions continuous improvement activities within the Enablement Operating Framework
• Plan, create material and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders across levels to coordinate and manage technical issues during the enablement cycle
• Collaborate with Project leadership to ensure supplier provides market competitive solution with operational terms for Accenture and or the clients
• Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program project level
• Manage critical path and dependencies till the completion of enablement activities
• Proactively eliminate critical path road blocks to help ensure successful delivery of the solution
• Ensure stakeholders clearly understand what risks will or will not be mitigated
• Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
• Report and manage overall project/release status back to the project sponsor and stakeholders
• Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high quality project deliverables through effective team communications and focus on quality
• Validate that proper deliverable and phase stage containment is occurring where required, e.g., signoffs are scheduled and completed, dependent deliverables are completed, phase plans are completed and agreed to by project leads before the phase starts
• Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members
• Determine needed deliverables, high level approach, project profile, responsible teams, overall project schedule/timeline, critical path by deliverable, productivity improvements, overall risks and planning assumptions using Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) as required
