Billing Analyst with US/EMEA hours [Online/phone recruitment]

As Billing Analyst, you will manage invoice receipt and upload and validate invoices for Telecom suppliers. Invoice management also involves regular communication and follow-up with telecom vendors mainly via e-mails and conference calls.

• To be responsible for Billing Operations management for Canadian and Latin American customers.
• To perform initial account setup.
• To process bill triggers by adding start/end dates and billing components to biller.
• To manage file load feeds in biller.
• To apply rates as per contract.
• To perform billing validation to ensure accuracy.
• To post to electronic billing platforms.
• To interface with the Global Billing Resolution Team in order to resolved complex billing disputes and inquiries.

• Excellent English language skills
• Qualified persons should have good time management, risk management, problem solving, leadership and analytical skills and be self-directed
• Proficiency in Excel and an understanding of billing processes and Oracle systems is beneficial
• Ability and willingness to work two times per week according to US working hours

Salary
1 150 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 150 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
