The mission of the Billing Dispute Management team is to resolve queries and disputes, related to invoicing and contracting, in an accurate and timely manner establishing and rectifying the root cause to prevent recurrence. It is also to obtain approvals and process corrections and/or partner with the global billing resolution team for processing of disputes and validate what was requested was received by the customer.

Limited 1 year contract.

what will
you do

• Investigate billing inquiries and disputes - proactively manage and escalate disputes on customer’s behalf, schedule and lead internal meetings to provide resolution, negotiated with different parties to reach an agreement.
• Manage billing inquiries and disputes from receipt through resolution and completion within agreed SLO’s
• Summarize investigation findings and provide full and precise resolution to the customer. Reach an agreement and process correction / close the dispute.
• Direct communication with customer including customer status calls - provide regular status updates (written and verbal)
• Process manual adjustments or ensure correction is processed on time.
• Verify adjustment is applied correctly on impacted invoice
• Document progress of investigation and all critical information in internal ticketing tools
• Prioritize tasks and business requirements based on actual situation (team’s priorities, customer escalation, issue, age/value of the dispute,…)
• Understand billing/dispute process and continuously develop advanced skills

• Speaking & writing in fluent English
• Strong Communication skills for customer liaison
• Prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers and internal organisations - desired.
• Detail oriented, Analytical thinking, Pro-active approach
• MS Office – Excel: advanced (Pivot Tables, V Look Up), Word, Powerpoint, Access
• Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
• Problem solver, well organized with a keen eye for detail
• Strong team player
• Positive, can-do attitude imperative
