Billing Dispute Specialist US (EMEA & US shifts) [Online/phone recruitment]

In this position you will be resolving billing queries and disputes, related to invoicing and contracting, in an accurate and timely manner, establishing and rectifying the root cause to prevent a recurrence.

• Excellent English language skills
• another European language is an advantage – preferably Italian, Spanish, French, German
• ability to interact on the phone with internal and external parties
• prior customer-facing experience
• 2+ years of working experience on similar type of role
• ability to analyze data, identify possible errors, root cause and set-up preventative actions

• MS Office package (Outlook, Excel)

Salary
1 350 EUR/mesiacAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 350€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
