At Accenture you will be a member of F&A teams bringing value to world`s top companies, working in international environment, improving your language skills via daily communication with the clients and colleagues from all over the world, without a need to travel from your home. As Billing Analyst, you will manage invoice receipt, upload and validate invoices for Telecom suppliers and you will be a part of the Access Billing Management (ABM) team within Finance organization. Invoice management also involves regular communication and follow-up with telecom vendors mainly via e-mails and conference calls.

Limited 1 year contract.

what will
you do

• Receive/Download and Track invoices from Telecom suppliers across the globe
• Convert invoices to desired format by using converter files and ensure correct upload to Telco client tooling for validation
• Validate and comment on mismatches and arrange correction of inventory
• Ensure on-time invoice payments and request manual urgent payments if needed
• Comply with local legislation and internal policy for invoice retention and archiving
• VAT compliance
• Follow-up with suppliers on unbilled items to minimize risk of disconnection
• Support annual reconciliation of the outstanding balances with the vendors
• Provide input for metrics and status of pending invoices
• Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the vendors, Telco client partner organizations and the broader Access Billing Management teams
• Occasionally represent the Access Billing Management team on Annual Review Meetings with vendors
• Managing US and most of the world supplier inventory transition (onboarding activities)

• Excellent MS Excel skills including advanced use of functions – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
• Cultural Awareness - Ability to work with teams and vendors across countries/regions
• Understanding of billing requirements and procedures is an advantage
• English is must
• Other language is plus Spanish, Portuguese

Salary
1 150 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 150 €. Base salary is likely to be higher depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
