System Access Management Analyst US shift [Online/phone recruitment]

At Accenture you will be a member of F&A teams bringing value to world`s top companies, working in international environment, improving your language skills via daily communication with the clients and colleagues from all over the world, without a need to travel from your home. In this position you will be providing the desktop tools, support, application access and security access across 300+ different applications for US Based and Local Management and Non-Management Personnel.

Limited 1 year contract.

• Validate user’s authorization for each system access requested & submit ID requests into various secured website pages by providing excellent customer experience
• Ensure application, system access and profiles are complete and up to date for entire designated Finance Team
• Provide password resets, investigate and determine best path to resolve
• Provide basic trouble shooting
• Interact with multiple internal teams (US & Local; Management & Non-Management; Internal & External) by email & phone

• Fluent English language skills (proficient in writing)
• Ability to interact on the phone with internal and external parties
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Prior customer facing experience is an advantage
• MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, OneNote)
• Nice to have: Website, SharePoint - creation,
updating & use
• Other European language is an advantage – preferably Spanish, French, German, Italian
• US Shift

Salary
1 150 EUR/month

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 150 €. Base salary is likely to be higher depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
