As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you’ll design, configure, and deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that transform how businesses operate. Working in a global environment, you’ll apply technical excellence, best practices, and platform innovations to solve complex challenges across ITSM, HR, Security, and Customer Service domains.

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions — from system configuration and custom features (client and server side) to integration, testing, and rollout support
• Collaborate with architects and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs
• Ensure solution quality by following implementation standards and technical best practices
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, integration options, and platform optimization
• Understand business processes and translate them into efficient, standardized ServiceNow workflows that deliver measurable value
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and continuously enhance your expertise through certifications and community knowledge sharing

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Experienced ServiceNow professional with 5+ years in system development, configuration, or technical consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and familiarity with ITSM/ITOM/HRSD areas
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer (certifications are a strong plus)
• Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery for UI and scripting
• Skilled in system integration using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and related web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX)
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
• Experience with other ITSM tools (e.g. BMC, Cherwell, HP, Axios) is beneficial
• A problem-solver with strong communication skills, eager to deliver quality solutions and continuously grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2); German language knowledge is a plus

Salary
3 000 - 4 600 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 3 000€ to 4 600€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
