Credit Controller Analyst with German Language

• Initiate collection activities via mail, phone or fax
• Manage portfolio of customers within the agreed credit terms
• Provide information of credit worthiness to customer service when required
• Input notes on payment agreements and do daily follow-ups
• Reinstate accounts when payment is received
• Flag invoices that relate to doubtful balances and register invoice disputes
• Follow escalation routes and adhere to laid down procedures
• Proactively identify problem areas

• Advanced level of German language
• Good level of English language
• Basic knowledge of Excel (or MS Office package)
