The People Advisor supports general human resources activities, specifically in the area of performance management, career development and compensation. People Advisor supports the management team and enhances communication with employees in all relevant people matters, identifies and proposes HR solutions closely aligned to the business needs.
Develops and executes HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee life cycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

you do

#Stakeholder Management:#
• Provide expertise on HR strategy and educate or coach supervisors and career counselors on talent priorities, processes including maintaining legal compliance.
#Career Management:#
• Be aware of the Career Management Assets/Tools, understand the content, and be prepared to educate Career counselors and supervisors on Career Development
• Execute Programs and Processes related to Career Management
• Advise Employee Council/Action Team
#Engagement & Recognition:#
• Enable delivery of Employee Engagement and People programs and activities by coaching the line managers and providing advisory support
#Annual Process & Comp Admin:#
• Act as an HR Coach for the assigned groups and provide guidance to talent leads. Ensure that the talent discussions are conducted in line with talent strategy and the outcomes in line with the guidelines
#Discipline & Grievance:#
• Handle employee discipline and grievances and consult as appropriate
#Absenteeism Management:#
• Manage absences and return to work, monitor individual and group absence and reduce absenteeism.
#Exit Management:#
• Receive and review leaving request, discuss and agree next steps of leaving, initiate actions for exit management, conduct and confirm exit interview, follow up on assets retrieval after employees leave.
#Employee Relations (Inquiry Mgmt):#
• Handle and address employee relations queries or concerns and as necessary, escalate and coordinate.
#Reporting:#
• Provide additional insight/information on a specific matter (e.g. attrition, recognition programs, headcount, etc.) by using existing standard reports, requesting ad hoc data pulls to shared services

what we
expect

• University degree
• 1+ year relevant strong experience in HR
• Advanced level of English language
• Good understanding of the Accenture’s business objectives and organizational structure
• Knowledge of Human Resources core concepts such as career management, performance management, compensation, etc.
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn fast
• Understanding of the external marketplace/trends
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality
• Excellent follow-up skills
