Front Office Agent with French language

Procurement Operations Career path in Accenture integrates various purchasing functions to improve total procurement value for client's organization. In this position you will gain valuable end to End Procurement process knowledge and expertise. You will closely collaborate with Accounts Payable team and Procurement lead to provide support for end users and business.

You will cooperate across global Accenture team and you will be responsible for processing of incoming client requests from international entities (via email/phone) related to Contract management, Purchase order management, Front office claims, Nonstandard procurement flows, Invoice management and Reporting activities.
You will work during standard daily hours 8:30 - 17:30 with the option of working from home after trial period.

Due to bright/various scope of work it is an opportunity to gain extended knowledge skills across different in scope business areas.

• Claims processing: responsible to receive, log, process Front Office claims, manage stakeholders within detailed instructions and predefined procedures
• Creation of Purchase Orders and follow up on delivery confirmation with the Suppliers
• Providing information to suppliers on blocked invoices. Resolving blocked invoices due to price/ quantity
• Communicating with the client stakeholders on pending items
• Highlighting process related issues and seeking advice when faced with challenges in order to align on agreed process

• Good communication and problem-solving skills needed
• Fluent knowledge of English and French language
• Responsibility and accuracy
• Good team player, able also to work independently on the assigned tasks
• Creative way of thinking to suggest process improvements
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills is essential
• Knowledge of SAP is advantage

Salary
