Local Sourcing Lead in Workplace & Travel

Procurement Operations Career path in Accenture integrates various purchasing functions to improve total procurement value for client's organization. In this position you will gain valuable end to End Procurement process knowledge and expertise. You will closely collaborate with Accounts Payable team and Procurement lead to provide support for end users and business.

• Implement the Global & Regional Travel and Workplace Category strategy for UKI local projects and initiatives
• Set up Travel and Workplace targets in alignment with global/regional/local P+ and category goals
• Identify with Regional Travel and Workplace Category Leads sourcing projects in line with the global/regional category strategies
• Create and maintain local sourcing pipeline too through spend analysis and regular stakeholders meeting
• Negotiate and deploy supplier’s contracts, including best practices metrics & SLA, in collaboration with Legal department
• Create supplier(s) in purchasing system assessing the right buying channels (catalog, Buy on Contract, Ariba Network etc …)
• Maintain preferred suppliers list
• Identify key Travel and Workplace stakeholders for UKI
• Manage internal stakeholders’ feedback on category organization & supplier performance
• Manage local supplier relationships in line with Global Category and 360 Value Mgmt. strategy
• When applicable, support development of global end to end procurement process, templates and tools
• Modify the process, as required, to meet unique regional category specific requirements

• Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication (written & oral), interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong relationship management skills and a proactive customer-focused approach
• Forward and solution minded, team player and with high degree of self-management
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adopt a flexible approach and prioritize tasks appropriately
• Comfortable navigating in a multicultural and broad environment and with all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English, spoken and written and French or Italian would be highly appreciated
• Ability to understand UKI specificities (market, law…)

Salary
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 600€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
