Spot Buyer with Spanish language

Spot Buyer will be responsible to manage on daily basis the purchasing requests in scope for the Spot Buy Team and triage the workload according to standard procedures and by following the client procurement and purchasing policies. The Spot Buy Agent will also be responsible to manage the purchasing process through supplier identification, selection, negotiations and savings reporting and process the daily workload according to set turn-around-targets and meeting/exceeding productivity targets.

• Verify purchase request quality and correct buying channel, align with end users on missing details by using phone / client tool
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Create and maintain partnerships between Accenture, customers and suppliers
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant service related information in order for the client to be delighted
• Solve problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
• Ensure the continuous improvement of business outcomes utilizing best practices available and innovative environment
• Gain full scale knowledge and thus be able recommend the most appropriate solution for the customer and answer client’s inquiries
• Follow up on urgent goods deliveries (to ensure goods are delivered in desired delivery date not harming client’s production)

• Ideally with a procurement background
• Excellent Spanish and English in both Oral & Written
• Helpful and proactive manner is important

• Comfortable with responding to requests from all levels of the organization
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Technical skills:
• Radix P2P
• Access Database (PMR)
• SAP
• 1 – 2 years general business experience preferable

Salary
