Vendor master data clerk with German (5 hours/day)

• Responsibility to timely and accurate perform vendor & customer creation, data maintenance
• extending vendor and customers for new company codes and purchasing organizations
• activating and blocking vendors and customers
• providing reports according to the chosen criteria
• Perform mass changes in system
• Contracts & Rents maintenance

• Able to pay attention to detail and follow procedures, manuals
• Microsoft Excel user
• Able to communicate in English at advanced level with combination of another foreign language (German, French, Italian) at advanced level
• Flexible, committed and organized
• Team Player
• Pro-Active
• Previous accounting experience or experience in accounting systems (SAP) is a advantage

Salary
