Transaction Processing Agent with French language (part-time for students)

The employee/agent is responsible for understanding of agreed process in which transactions are handled utilizing the balance between quality and speed of provided service.

• Verify transaction quality and correct buying channel, align with end users on missing details by using phone / client tool
• Create and maintain partnerships between Accenture, customers and suppliers
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant service related information in order for the client to be delighted
• Solve problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
• Ensure the continuous improvement of business outcomes utilizing best practices available and innovative environment
• Gain full scale knowledge and thus be able recommend the most appropriate solution for the customer and answer client’s inquiries

• University student
• French language - Upper-Intermediate (B2)
• English language - Upper-Intermediate (B2)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to work on own initiative
• Innovative thinking to deliver and improve service for the client
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Strengthen collegiality and coherence among team members and colleagues

Salary
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the minimum base gross pay starts from 4,50 € per hour.
