POSITION
DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Assistant you will provide support for coordination, execution and reporting of marketing activities targeting potential candidates and/or the company’s clients.
WHAT WILL
YOU DO
• Support execution of own events - conferences, social events, lectures, workshops etc. (conducted online during the current coronavirus outbreak); including internal events (debates, workshops, informal meetings with leads, virtual live events etc.)
• Coordination of events organized by partners (the one conducted online during the current coronavirus outbreak) – career fairs, social events or professional events such as lectures at Universities, conferences, workshops etc. (e.g. Profesia days, Dni príležitostí, Night of Chances, …)
• Active communication with partners (e.g. agencies, student organizations and associations) and internal stakeholders (different internal departments)
• Supporting campus activities and university relations (conducted online during the current coronavirus outbreak)
• Distribution of direct e-mails as well as preparing content
• Writing articles relevant for our employees
• Maintaining data, metrics and statistics related to people communications
• Support and tracking of People Comms Campaigns
• Internal sites management and websites optimization
• Career website management and related translations supported by agencies
• Expense/budget management
• Candidate/client database management
• Other administrative tasks (vendor management, purchase orders creation, invoicing, contract management)
• Production of various marketing materials (brochures, leaflets etc.) and branded giveaways

WHAT WE

Salary
4,5 EUR/hourAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 4,50 € per hour depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
