Product Movements and Inventory Associate with German and English language

On this position you will work on the project supporting Swiss client. You will monitor daily reports with incoming and outgoing fuel movements and enter the statistical data to SAP. You will create Orders / Deliveries & Goods issues according to the received documentation and respond to ad-hoc requests from client.

• Monitoring of goods receipt and goods issues at specific storage locations
• Daily volume entries to SAP based on storage location material movement report
• Sales order management for customers
• Daily reconciliation of physically delivered vs SAP posted volumes per material
• Billing – invoice corrections
• Month-end close volumetric reconciliation of all storage locations and materials
• Operational gain/loss postings
• Perform corrections, reversals, billings as per client request

• German language knowledge - minimum Upper-intermediate level (B2)
• English language knowledge - minimum Upper-intermediate level (B2)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel - intermediate user's level
• Good prioritization skills
• Flexible, committed, diligent and organized person
• Team Player
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow procedures, manuals
• Previous accounting experience or experience in accounting systems (SAP) is an advantage

Salary
