Accounts Payable with German and English language (5 hours working time daily)

• To create postings of Invoices and Credit Notes in SAP
• Invoice processing for special type of invoices
• Ad hoc Communication with vendors and local business units
• Vendor statement reconciliations
• Issues clarifications with local business units and vendors
• General administrative tasks
• Monitoring non-payers and follow up with local business units & vendors
• Ad hoc reporting
• Participation in internal invoice audit

• German language knowledge - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level (B2-C1)
• English language knowledge - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (B2-C1)
• Ability to pay attention to detail and follow procedures, manuals
• Analytical skills
• High degree of independent working attitude
• Resilience and flexibility
• Microsoft Excel - at least intermediate user
• Previous accounting experience or experience with work with accounting systems (SAP) is a advantage

Salary
Base gross monthly pay starts form 625€.
