Project Delivery Lead (SW development/SW implementation projects)

Accenture Technology Solutions employs technology enthusiasts who focus on application development, systems administration work, and software maintenance providing practical programming and technology implementation for business.

Your role will be

• Manage international projects focused on delivery of software development projects, either E2E or in cooperation with onsite teams
• Set-up and manage delivery team and day-to-day operational aspects of project
• Drive and manage cooperation and communication within project team, and with client team, client and leadership
• Create project plan, manage and monitor tasks in the plan to achieve smooth delivery of SW development projects
• Responsibility for project delivery on time and quality
• Actively handle and monitor Risks and Issues
• Assure adherence to methodology and processes to enforce consistent project standards, quality and security
• Manage project budget and resources
• Reporting of project status and escalations to leadership as needed

• Experience in managing of SW development/SW implementation projects
• Understanding of SW development lifecycle
• Experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban) would be an advantage
• Good understanding of PRINCE 2, PMP, SCRUM - certification is an advantage
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced English; advanced German is a great advantage
• Willingness to travel if necessary
