Accounting Operations Team Lead with German and English language

WHAT WILL
YOU DO

• Work closely with the service delivery lead of the deal
• Leading AP German team of approx. 5-6 people (5 different processes) – tam meetings, daily huddles
• Attendance and active participation in Accenture & client calls
• Escalation management
• Preparation of regular internal/client reports/analytics (performance, quality measurement, aged items analysis, etc.)
• Internal controls adherence
• Performance management (team members evaluation, low performers management)
• Recruiting new hires (attendance in interviews)

WHAT WE
EXPECT

• Accounting background
• English language knowledge is mandatory (C1-C2 level)
• German language knowledge is mandatory (B2 level)
• Team coordination experience is an advantage
• Independent problem solving; analytical & innovative way of thinking
• Attention to details; responsibility & accuracy
• Very good Excel and reporting skills, knowledge of SAP - advantage
• Good time management – able to monitor the workload and prioritize; on-time delivery of the tasks
• Multi-tasking & good organizational skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) - communication with the team-members & motivation, communication with the client management and senior Accenture management
• Very good interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain good relationship with client and team members
• Ability to negotiate with client
