WHAT WILL
YOU DO
Processing front office & claims requests using concrete, deal specific systems and other related software (if applicable) and following all the steps related to these operations.
Main Accountabilities:
• Responsible for completion of straightforward, stand-alone tasks or high-volume transactions within detailed instructions and predefined procedures, especially:
• Claims processing: responsible to receive, log, process FO claims, manage stakeholders
• Creation of POs and follow up on delivery confirmation with the Suppliers
• Providing information to suppliers on blocked invoices. Resolving blocked invoices due to price/ quantity.
• Communicating with the client stakeholders on pending items
• Escalating issues and seeking advice when faced with non-standard issues/problems in order to agree on the right process
• Solving problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
Dimensions:
• Responsibility for processing client claims to ensure that the KPIs related to these activities are achieved;
• Member of team (individuals within a team may operate similar tasks)
• Interacts largely with own workgroup but may interact with users from other country office
• Working on normal daily hours according to BPO standards and/or DEAL specifications
• Performs skilled work requiring some functional training or job experience
• Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results
