Accounting Operations with Spanish and English language

WHAT WILL
YOU DO
- Posting various type of invoices for Spanish market – Intercompany, 3rd party suppliers (local and foreign suppliers) – system used SAP
- Daily quality check of invoices posted by other team members in 2 locations (Bratislava, Bangalore)
- Corrections of postings when needed
- Producing and sending daily, weekly, monthly reports as per schedule to internal management or client team
- Daily communication with internal colleagues in English (global organization) and with the client – mainly in Spanish (majority is e-mail communication)
WHAT WE
EXPECT
- Secondary school or University Degree
- Spanish (B2-C1 level) and English (B2-C1 level)
- MS Office knowledge
- Accounting background / SAP knowledge (advantage)
- analytical skills, logical thinking, ability to understand coherences
- detail-oriented, precise, reliable
