Accounting Operations with Spanish and English language

what will
you do

  • Posting various type of invoices for Spanish market – Intercompany, 3rd party suppliers (local and foreign suppliers) – system used SAP
  • Daily quality check of invoices posted by other team members in 2 locations (Bratislava, Bangalore)
  • Corrections of postings when needed
  • Producing and sending daily, weekly, monthly reports as per schedule to internal management or client team
  • Daily communication with internal colleagues in English (global organization) and with the client – mainly in Spanish (majority is e-mail communication)

what we
expect

  • Secondary school or University Degree
  • Spanish (B2-C1 level) and English (B2-C1 level)
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Accounting background / SAP knowledge (advantage)
  • analytical skills, logical thinking, ability to understand coherences
  • detail-oriented, precise, reliable
