Client Support Agent position is one of the most communicative positions at our company. You are in interactive contact with clients and vendors via phone or via email. Your focus is to be helpful for clients and respond to requests regarding invoice payment, purchase order creation or to actively contact vendors regarding master data confirmation. The position is suitable for dynamic and communicative people who want to have active daily interaction with their client and are problem-solving oriented. Additionally, you will gain new knowledge in the accounts payable and global sourcing area and improve your business language in the field of finance and procurement.

What you will do:
• Be the prime contact for clients’ enquiries
• Handle all incoming calls and emails from the business clients and suppliers in a professional manner by demonstrating and using professional knowledge
• Create and maintain partnerships between our team and other external as well as internal stakeholders
• Have full scale knowledge and to be able to recommend the most appropriate solution for the clients and answer questions in regard to our services
• Solve problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures
• Answer incoming calls and emails in the required time
• Ensure continuous improvement of response time to complaints and queries
• Proactively initiate follow-up calls
• Ensure the continuous improvement of business outcomes utilizing the best practices available and innovative environment

• Supports Client organisation, both on-shore and off-shore on AP issues and works witth Customer Relationship team
