Project Reporting Specialist with German language

What will be your responsibility?

Successful candidates will support client engagements’ PMO functions through consistent, repeatable processes. Candidates will gain exposure to most of PCS service offerings, including:

• Simple MS Project workplan management support (time actuals update)
• Report generation following the predefined script
• Custom timesheet processing (excel based)
• Administrating risks and issues.
• Support docs preparation for invoice processing
• Organising project resource management (staffing, tools, housing)

• Ability to work in an independent, self-directed manner and to perform equally as well as part of a team
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of MS Project application is advantage
• Cooperative
• Focus on details
• Excellent communication, inter-personal, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills at least in Slovak language
• Fluent English skill
• Advanced German skill
• University or Colleague Graduate
