what will
you do

As a team member you will be responsible for:
• Processing of invoices
• Monitoring of orders and missing approvals
• Investigation of non - compliant invoices and rejections
• Posting of invoices in SAP
• Daily Account reconciliations
• Updating of process documentation
• Participation on trainings and regular meetings
• Communication with the client
• Cooperation with other teams at Accenture
• Manage all internal / external administrative issues and follow-ups
• Address complaints and resolve problems
• Propose process improvements
• Proactively work on innovation activities

what we
expect

• Economical background (Academy of commerce and/or Economical university degree)
• Good understanding of Accounting / Financial Management is a big plus
• Good German and English language skills
• Good Computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members and colleagues
• Proactive approach in issue solving
• Focused on new ideas and improvements
