you do

• Gathering and clarification of functional and technical requirements usually connected with client facing role.
• Analysis, design and implementation of changes in Siebel application based on the specification in the customer/maintenance requirements
• Preparation and continuous update of all required documents
• Participation on testing and acceptance process
• Recommendations to the client on matters of effective utilization of software package's features
• Proposals / recommendations of new enhancement which requires great understanding of the business processes
• Contribution to a high-performing motivated workgroup
• Observance of defined methodology and standards

what we

• At least 3 years work experience in IT
• Deep knowledge of Siebel (or other CRM, e.g. AMDOCS Clarify, etc.) application and CRM processes (Order Management, SFA, Call Center, Campaigns, Reporting …)
• Experience with IT operational processes
• Experience with handling database interactions (SQL statements, DML)
• Well structured, action-oriented approach to problem solving
• Advanced communication skills (verbal & written, technical & interpersonal) in English language

Additional qualifications:

• Knowledge of Telco architecture and experience with key areas within Telecommunication Company (CRM, Rating, Billing, Mediation, Middleware, Provisioning ...) is an advantage
• Knowledge of other industries (Health, Products, etc.) is an advantage
• Management and leadership experience and experience in building and leading teams in an often changing environment are beneficial
• Knowledge of Telco Business processes
• Experience with client-facing positions
• Experience with project management is an advantage
