Experienced SW Tester (Automation or Performance)

Responsibilities include estimating, planning, and executing testing activities. You will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.

• We offer the work with clients during coordination of large applications testing projects.
• We also offer leading the test teams and ensuring the client expectations are met.
• You’ll coordinate the participation of appropriate test resources in testing projects.
• You’ll perform the key role in test reporting to higher Project Management and also verify that all testing documentation is complete (plans, scripts/cases, pass/fail results) and has been stored in the designated locations.
• We offer you the responsibilities for respective testing infrastructure components, supervision of communication with clients and business analysts in related business areas whenever the testing effort is required.
• We also offer the work with business analysts and clients during preparation and set up of a new testing projects.

• University education in technical field
• At least 3 years of testing experience
• An expert in work with defect tracking and test planning tools
• Advanced knowledge of English language

Soft skills:
• Very good problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate small team
• Excellent communication, inter-personal, multi-cultural, troubleshooting skills and documentation
• Good communication skills (written and oral)

Nice to have:
• ISTQB Certification
• Knowledge of methodology and CMMI standards
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows or Linux)
