YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Account and Project Managers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client services.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data to prepare regular reports and summaries for the team.
  • Help organize onboarding of new clients and support ongoing client communication.
  • Maintain and update client-related information in company systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, contracts, and billing materials.
  • Participate in internal process improvements and contribute ideas for more efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support Account Managers during client meetings or calls.
  • Monitor project progress and support evaluation of project results and financial performance.
  • Actively learn about our services and identify potential opportunities for improvement or new collaboration areas.
