Senior AI Engineer (M/F)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer (M/F) to enable successful implementation of AI solutions. You will design and deploy AI solutions and help integrate AI into products and processes of our clients.
What you will do:

• Design and deliver AI solutions based on LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini), RAG/CAG, and agentic systems.
• Develop and maintain backend services for various AI solutions and data processing pipelines for NLP.
• Guide teams on practical AI use cases, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and IT teams to embed AI into business workflows and customer-facing solutions.
• Run experiments to improve AI performance, scalability, and industry-specific adaptation.
• Share knowledge through documentation, demos, and internal community enablement.

What you will bring: 

• Strong experience with LLMs, retrieval/connected agent systems, and NLP applications.
• Solid programming and data engineering skills with common AI frameworks.
• Ability to design experiments, optimize models, and deliver working AI solutions in production.
• Understanding of enterprise IT environments, ideally Azure Cloud or AWS.
• Effective communication and upskilling capability.
• English and Sovak or Czech proficiency.

Preferred:

• Experience deploying and scaling AI in the cloud.
• Automation and workflow integration experience (case/document/data systems).
• Proven delivery across diverse business use cases.
