Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Process incoming orders from Export Direct and Intercompany Customers according to the order process definitions to assure deliveries, invoicing and resolution of requests according to agreed SLAs/KPIs.

Process all incoming orders from customers received by EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), e-Commerce (webshop) or email according to ABI procedures
Verify completeness and correctness of order: quantity, lead time, availability of product, credit limit check and delivery dates; verify if specific logistic rules, transport costs or sales discounts are applied to the customer.
Process all incoming requests from customers (Salesforce ticketing tool) in timely manner, follow up with respective departments
Maintain steady relationship with stakeholders
Perform team routines and check points
Keep the Process Documentation up to date
SLA, KPI and Excellence Program dashboard tracking support
Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Logistics understanding, especially in regards to sense of urgency and prioritization
Interpersonal skills / Assertiveness & Communication
Detail oriented / Accurate
Team player

Logistics Experience in an ideally FMCG Company is a plus
In the order taking process (or Logistics processes)

Fluency in English
Optional: average knowledge of other Western European languages (GE, FR, SP, IT) in speaking

Education level: Graduate degree or min. 1-2 years of work experience in relevant field
Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) / SAP / System minded
