Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Developing and managing production controlling for Slovakian plant
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Analyzing of budget vs actual costs; providing explanation on financial figures
• Setting up and review of costs prices in cooperation with other departments
• Identify process gaps, savings, propose and implement solutions
• Projects control – evaluating and tracking of existing and new projects
• Responsible for month end and year end closing
• Developing and maintaining internal procedures and policies in order to maintain strong internal controls over financial transactions and reporting
• Provide guidance and training to team on internal procedures and policies

• University or any relevant education preferably in Economics
• Knowledge of controlling, accounting and tax legislation
• Minimum 5 year working experience in accounting and controlling preferably in automotive production company
• Slovak language and English language – fluent – daily communication
• Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, FI/CO, further SAP modules is an advantage
• Good communication skills, responsible with attention to details
• Proactive and flexible
