Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Meet all sales growth and operational targets
Manages, trains and coaches the inside sales representatives team
Develop prospective talents in the team
Set and track sales targets for ISS team
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
Build an open-communication environment
Co-operate and align with Divisional Sales Managers on sales targets setting and SIP
Liaise with Divisional Outside Sales Teams to increase sales
Co-operate with Divisional Marketing to execute marketing programs developed for customers
Closely co-operate with Inside Sales CEEMEA organization and other areas of organization to ensure ISS strategy alignment, consistency and realization

University education
2-3 years of experience in team management (outside or inside) with proven successes
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Understanding or/and experience in remote sales
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
English language proficiency
