The legal team plays a key role in ensuring our compliance with GDPR and many other regulations. Legal manager regularly communicates directly with executive management and provides guidance on all key legal issues and topics, as well as communicating with partners and clients to ensure smooth contractual processes.

Role and responsibilities
Consult with managers of departments on legal, compliance and GDPR matters
Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the laws, rules and regulations with which the company must comply
Issue and review various legal and HR documents (contracts, amendments, SLA, DPA, DPIA, TIA, TOM, VSOP...)
Legal support for running and new projects (improving, updating and creating legal documentation - T&C, ToS, Data Privacy..)
Support of daily operations


Requirements
Law degree + experience in Compliance and GDPR
Fluent legal English and German
Tech background is a big advantage
Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from differentpeople and departments
Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment
Highly organized and self-motivated
Entrepreneurial mindset
Diligent, structured, and independent working method with a high accuracy standard


Preferred/optional requirements
Experience with WhatsApp Business API ecosystem
Knowledge of SaaS industry
