Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Organizing the efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods for Sea transportation
- Handling worldwide Sea transport services on a start/finish basis
- Handling Sea transport quotations
- Maintaining and establishing good client relationships
- Liaising with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines and air booking agents
- Transport documentation
- Keeping customers advised and updated at all stages of the process
- Invoicing and administration
- Rate negotiations with providers
- Regular reports
- Handling worldwide Sea transport services on a start/finish basis
- Handling Sea transport quotations
- Maintaining and establishing good client relationships
