Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of our controlling department working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
Preparing financial documents and reporting are a large part of the junior accountant’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
A Junior Accountant performs a wide range of basic accounting tasks. Some of their day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:
Recording all financial transactions daily
Issuing payment invoices
Preparing and submitting periodic financial reports to management
Reviewing expenditures of the company
Assisting with financial audits, as necessary
Assisting with other accounting tasks, as assigned by a supervisor
