HR manager will be responsible for the development of human resources policy and for its correct and timely implementation in accordance with the needs of the company, including:

HR manager will be responsible for the development of human resources policy and for its correct and timely implementation in accordance with the needs of the company, including:
- optimization of the organizational structure, design, analysis and evaluation of existing or new jobs
- updating information about employees in the company's information systems
- creation and updating of internal polices in the area of human resources
- identification of requirements for staffing and recruitment
- professional development of employees
- developing and managing a system of remuneration and employee benefits, including social programs
- creating positive employee relations in the company also through the management of effective internal communication and continuous monitoring of employee relations and attitudes of employees towards the company
- supporting the performance management process
- continuous provision of counseling for the company's employees, assistance in resolving professional or personal problems and providing support
- continuous reporting on the state of human resources in a defined structure and periodicity
