Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:

• Delivery of support helpdesk services via timely issue resolutions, escalation, and resolver group liaison on a daily basis,
• Managing the day-to-day provision of maintenance and support as subject matter expert in reporting/ report configuration with SAP and non-SAP tools,
• Provide and broke support services to multiple customer groups in PPM functions and SII regulatory reporting,
• Liaise and collaborate with Zurich based Finance Solutions Management (FSM) staff,
• In cooperation with other team members gather business requirements from Business Subject Matter Experts,
• Work with business analysts to transfer business requirements into technical design,
• Implement design changes.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

 • 2-3 years’ work experience in an international accounting environment, preferably in the insurance industry or consulting firm with sound financial accounting background,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must,
• Implementation or extended user experience in SAP Analysis for Office or Business Explorer is a plus, SAP tool experience/knowledge (BPC) preferable
• Service oriented, assertive personality, able to work well under pressure,
• Very good communication skills and ability to manage conflict situations with end users.
