Agile Process Lead

Key tasks:
- Facilitating the delivery of the development work done and by facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution using Agile as a framework i.e. in particular without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. Guiding the relevant teams on how to use Agile and/or Scrum practices and values.
- Guiding the teams on how to get the most out of self-organisation and improving transparency.
- Assessing the Agile [or Scrum] Maturity of the teams and organisation and coaching the teams to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for them and the organisation.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, negative consequences, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
- Being the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management.
- Coordinating across the application and platform team as appropriate, including coordinating the release cycles across the application teams.
- Co-ordination across 3 scrum teams and in 2 locations (Zurich and Bratislava).

Additional Job Functions: 
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner on Agile/Scrum practices, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Develop relationship with the Product Owners and an understanding of their business and the uses to which the business process RMP applications are put.
- Mediating the general conflict of goals between development team (high technical quality) and product owner (more features).
- Continual self-development regarding everything Agile.
- Challenge team with Agile management innovations.
