Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The candidate will support the Risk Modelling Platform (RMP) a centralized platform for integrating and consolidating Zurich's risk quantification and reporting processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Providing comprehensive and expanded first and second level help desk support for IT incidents, problems and service requests via the RMP service desk.
- Updating documented procedures and tools (e.g. the RMP wiki) based on incidents and platform enhancements.
- Administration of the RMP productivity toolset - Atlassian Suite (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) - -- - Providing support on RMP maintenance activities (e.g. data archiving, software upgrades, DB maintenance).
- Provides service desk performance / RMP services reporting and analysis to RMP stakeholders.
- Providing consultation, support, and training to RMP Customers (e.g RMP Wiki, Service Desk and Change management tools. Provide support to RMP management.

- Effective communication, presentation and relationship management skills at different levels and in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a global organization, in a small team, under time pressure and to manage ambiguity.
- Experience in IT / IT educational background (Linux and Windows system administration).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server highly beneficial. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- 1-2 years of experience on similar position.
- Effective communication, presentation and relationship management skills at different levels and in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a global organization, in a small team, under time pressure and to manage ambiguity.
