Are you skilled in software deployment? Are you restless till you solve a problem? We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable IT professional to join our Global IT Client team as an IT client professional. Although new member will be located in Krusovce, Slovakia, he will be responsible for tasks in all ZKW sites around the world. As our IT client professional, you will:
- Process, optimize and provide further development of the tasks assigned in the area of IT client management and software packaging
- Collaborate in projects in the areas of IT client management
- Collaborate in client management and standardization
- Customize client-relevant group policies (GPOs)
- 2nd level support for Microsoft client operating systems and client hardware
- Software Patchmanagement
- Administration of the central virus protection solution
- Maintain end devices, phones and management systems

Ideal candidate has:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS
- Knowledge in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Experience in Windows OS Deployment and 2nd Level Client Support is desirable
- Active English language (min. B2 level written and spoken)
- Good communication skills
- Troubleshooting affinity
- Drive to learn
- Willing to travel to mother company
Knowledge of following is an advantage:
- PowerShell scripting
