Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Product Cost Analysis Specialist for whose main responsibility is to maintain development and distribution of cost requirements for internal /customer projects. This role includes:
- Identification of cost potentials in the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process
- Participation in the concept collaboration during predevelopment projects
- Participation in Design-to-Cost Workshops
- Preparation of internal cost down projects
- Concept and coordination of concept competitions in projects
- Bottom up and Top down cost estimation
- Performance of Costs calculations
- Simulation of shout costs model base on standardized form
- Support OEMs/Suppliers for cost down activities
- Providing benchmarking analyses of specific components (mainly electronics components)

- Work experience in automotive industry (engineering positions) preferred
