Intern Sales Coordinator for VW

In this position you will report to Sales Manager and you will support all Sales activities regarding defined projects and daily business as well general administration of customer related information and the administration of the Sales back office. Main focus will be in detail:
 
- Coordinate customer queries and involve and coordinate the related internal departments (e.g. Costing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Controlling)
- Compile change quotes in alignment with the Sales Manager Interiors
- Monitor costs and change proposals for day-to-day business
- Review customer orders for completion and manage customer payments
- Check price reserves and sales variances with the plants and CBU team members

Position is suitable for student in last two years of his/her university studies who is keen to join later on full-time basis.
