Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
As a part of Global Application team you will be responsible for the EDI System, including analysis, design, implementation cooperation and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the analysis, designing, testing of EDI System;
- Responsible for the coordination of the global EDI implementation projects;
- Responsible for the maintenance of the EDI System;
Team leading:
-
- Lead small EDI projects
- Ability, to lead external Teams (especially Supplier support)
Customer/Supplier contact:
-
- Establish new EDI connections with Customers and follow up
- Establish new EDI connection with Suppliers and follow up
User Support:
-
- Support plants in case of EDI issues or new setup
- Monitor In/Outbound message

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
- Bachelor degree preferably in computer, information management related majors
- 5+ years working experience in EDI project
- Fluent English
- Ability to work independently as a part of global organization
- Technical Skills:
- QAD eCommerce knowledge
- Trading Partner Setup
- Structure of EDI message and guidelines
- Analyze of EDI message failures
- Basic understanding of VAN providers and setup
- No EDI message development requirer
Knowledge of Supply Chain Flows:
Customers (mainly)
- Inbound (Releases), Outbound (ASN)
Suppliers (mainly)
- Outbound (Releases), Inbound (ASN)
Knowledge of common EDI formats:
- VDA, ODETTE, EDIFACT, ANSI X12 (desirable)
