• Tooling ledger owner – maintenance of Customer Tooling Projects, Costs & Recoveries and executing financial transactions in related Tooling ledgers together with project administration
  
• Be a part of team coordinating End To End process for Customer Tooling, from purchasing of customer owned equipment till reimbursement of costs from customers.
  
• Contact point for questions regarding customer tooling – internal / external and also communication with tooling suppliers internal / external
  
• Factoring process and Working Capital Management
  
• Tooling recoveries billing and maintenance. Communication with other departments included in the process flow
  
• Support the timely reporting of key financial information, monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”)
  
• Ensure smooth daily operations regarding on-time monthly reporting
  
• Timely react on any requests from internal and external parties
  
• Month-End Close activities, posting of Journal Entries
  
• Fulfilling SOX and Audit Requirements, Tooling audits and meet KPIs, preparation of reconciliations
