Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position provides development and technical support for Travel and Expense systems interfaces in and out of the Concur cloud environment.

This role will work in support of the IT Manager for Finance, to build and maintain interfaces between Concur Travel / Expense Cloud and QAD, plus a variety of other cloud based systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position will work closely with various technical teams.
  • Monitor existing system interfaces, report on issues and make corrections
  • Build new interfaces based on design specifications utilizing the standard Concur and QAD such as Data Exchange
  • Perform testing of interfaces during new development and following upgrades
  • Analyze client reported issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with end users to ensure customer satisfaction

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Finance or related disciplines
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • General knowledge of finance and accounting processes
  • Experience working with any ERP systems as SAP or QAD applications is a plus
  • Experience with technology such as SFTP, Encryption and Windows scripting
  • Working knowledge of SQL is desired
  • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including managers, and subject matter experts is required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
